because sometimes I get on the server and hackers that annoy users who do not use the hacks and make them to leave, / to prevent spawn killing / spree fake / spam /.

I dont know... Your english isnt so much to be a admin, you have to know english good to comunicate with players. But its true, you are on server much hours.
