He is banned for f1 hacks.
After 10 minutes ago, that guy was playing fine without any hacks but when he got raged, i knocked him down but it seems like he enabled some hacks i kept shooting him then he didn't died and his hp.
i didn't record him but i got a picture.

LOL @ that report.
First, i don't think so that Maxii could use some kind of hacks to be untouchable or unbeatable. Some of them know him perfectly about his ping, is terrible. We are talking about 350 - 550 ping. I don't know if his internet/pc is useless or he modify his ping like [TLN]^zeus^.
Second, maxxi could learn some administrative stuffs with the passage of time. For the moment, you are not ready to handle a big server like that and your english isn't enough to communicate with other players.
You're a great person but you should be patient and learn some things before make an application like that. Good luck.
