Do not reinvent. Slap causes the player falls from the top and loses about 26% hp and it is always there. Always falls from the same height so in your case it could not be otherwise.

see the pic again there is a small hall and it's near of the buildings , and i fall down in it.
because that my hp 100%

It does not matter. Player fall always the same height no matter where you are. You can be on a high building, and still fall from a height.

I do not have anyone to ask. I have hard evidence, and that's enough.
Besides I got the report so the players know that cheating
