USE THIS METHOD TO JOIN SERVER
I've been sufrering this issue from more than 2 months,then szakal told me to use an "Alternative IP" or you can say "Proxy softwares (spotflux,hotspot shield etc) to join the server,as i did and it worked
I will show you how you can connect
First of all download any proxy software,i have hotspot shield
this is the server right now

STEP:1
I have hotspot shield,i'll show you how you can connect

STEP:2
once you have clicked Connect,it will verify you connection and then it will be connected

your proxy settings will be changed

if you lost your connection by joining server then try "auto detect setting"

And the server will be online

shadow check now to ORGINAL ip join server (me meyby repair now) and scribe here.

Disable your LAN,then enable it again,try disconnecting and connecting,it will work,or try spotflux
