Additional informations: insulting player/admins his 2nd nick is [OSK_R]Bibble_BLK and he comes with this nick and says "

SHADOW SUCK A COCK AND WHEN I SAY I TOOK PIC HE SAYS BYE KIDS AND LEAVE THE SERVER

SHOULD BE WARNED OR BANNED FOR ADMIN INSULT

This image may not be evidence in this case because anyone can enter the nickname is not logging in and write anything.
Next time take a picture as he would in the game and will play to make it known that he is logged in.
And as for [OSK_R] Bibble_BLK to do the picture. Without proof of work do nothing here because anyone can write anything ...

Shadow only count Proofs. If you could report no evidence that would be a terrible mess. For the future, take a better picture of where the player is online.

when they do something that does not seem fair

But I have only Najam I have a distaste for once kicking a player for using Hp hack instead of Banning (unfortunately I have no proof)

I agree with you Another. On my channel, insulting too but I'm removed the insulting comments and do not bother me his opinion on my videos.
He a long game but it is still an amateur of the game. Not familiar with the cheaters and weakly shoots and always has the most to say;]
